Diagonal 534, 4º E | 08006 | Barcelona, hereby informs consumers and users of the website FoodTrends.es of its policy on protection of personal data so that users can freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide Food Trends S.L.U. with any personal data requested by any means in relation to an application for subscription, registration or completion of any online data form.
Visiting this website does not imply that users are required to provide any information about themselves. The purpose of processing the data will be to manage our portfolio of members in order to provide the hired service and its payment, prepare quotes and send commercial communications by any means (postal or electronic) on the various products and services offered by the Association, as expressly consented by you. If you wish to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of the data, you can do so by writing to Food Trends S.L.U. at the address Avda. Diagonal 534, 4º E | 08006 | Barcelona. Your data may be transferred to entities related to Food Trends S.L.U. but never for any purpose other than that for which were collected.
Consequently, users providing personal data on this website unequivocally agree to them being included on an automated Customer file, for which Food Trends S.L.U. is responsible, for the purposes specifically set out above.
The principle of data quality
Personal data provided by users is to be accurate and up to date so as to truthfully reflect the current situation of the person concerned. Therefore, the user shall be responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data provided and must communicate any changes to it arising in the future. Food Trends S.L.U. shall cancel any personal data collected when no longer required or relevant to the purpose for which it may have been collected or recorded. Cancellation shall result in blocking the data, which will be kept available only to Public Administrations, Judges and Courts to address any possible liabilities arising from its processing during the appropriate period of limitation. At the end of that period, the user’s personal data will be deleted.
